The rotary cup filling and sealing machine employs premade film for cup sealing.
It is capable of completing the production process automatically, including cup feeding, filling, single film placing, sealing, cup unloading, and cup conveying. In addition, this liquid packaging machinery can be produced with optional functions such as filling of a second type of material, code printing, cap placing, and cap pressing.
Our standard cup filling machine is an ideal choice for filling volume from 10 to 250ml. The particularly designed liquid filling system, as well as the CIP cleaning device, makes the rotary cup filling and sealing machine suitable for the users with higher requirement on sanitary conditions of the production equipment.
Customized particle and powder material filling system is available from us. Apart from normal temperature liquid filling, we are in the position to manufacture the product with the filling system for hot liquid, as well.

The standard liquid packaging machine is applicable for liquid filling with the volume from 10 to 250ml. The specially designed filling system and the CIP cleaning system satisfy the strict sanitary requirement.
In addition to the liquid filling system, this cup filling machine can be installed with customized particle or powder material filling system. More importantly, the hot material filling system is also available from us.

Suitable for pre-made round, square and triangular plastic cup, the linear stepping filling machine is applicable for sealing cups using aluminium foil or paper.
The horizontal plastic cup filling and sealing machine can complete cup feeding, liquid filling, cap sucking, cup unloading, and cup conveying, automatically.
The standard horizontal liquid packaging machine can be used for the filling volume of 50-500ml per cup. The special filling system and the CIP cleaning system satisfy strict sanitary requirement.
